Sauna Mist is normally diluted 1 to 10 in cold water, then simply ladled into the stones, or it may be diluted 1 to 10 in cold water, poured into a trigger bottle and sprayed onto the stones as often as required. Sauna Mist slowly evaporates, gently raising the level of humidity, and releasing the essential oils to be enjoyed.

The 50ml one shot is ideal for use as samples or in hotel and motel saunas. It makes 500ml of solution for a trigger bottle or the water bucket for ladeling directly onto the hot stones.

For infra red (IR) saunas Sauna Mist can be mixed with water and used in a trigger bottle to create a fragrant mist in the atmosphere.
